Free Speech

There are many exceptions to free speech in America. Things such as bullying of any form or inciting terror are exceptions. There are ways to express your opinion without bashing others. I personally don't think our country is as strict as other countries when it comes to censorship. Korea, for example, has government censorship over websites, the radio, and what shows are sired on television. America is more open when it comes to free speech. Of course, if there was something extreme in the media that took free speech for granted, the government would most likely do something about it. It is something that just isn't in our everyday lives like other countries. I understand Canada's ban of lying in the news. However, if it is journalism or some sort of blog, I don't believe it should be banned because there is a difference between having false news broadcast and having your own personal opinion.
